Step 2 and Step 4 versions (video links for both are below):

Step 2 Low cal:

1 small apple, cored & diced

1  T almond milk or Organic ½ & ½

10-15 drops English Toffee Liquid Stevia

½ Wasa crispbread (plain)

2 pinches Stacey Hawkins Awesome Autumn Seasoning (divided)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place apple, almond milk, stevia and one pinch of Awesome Autumn in a small, oven safe dish. Toss to coat.
  3. In another bowl, crush Wasa (using a cup) and toss with the second pinch of Awesome Autumn. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
  4. Place in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Makes 1 fruit serving and 1 crunchy carb.

Step 4 TRANSITION:

A 2 T crushed walnuts and 1 T dry cranberries or raisins to the apple mixture before baking.
