The Ultimate Weight Loss Program
“Yesterday was the first time I had fun clothes shopping in 25 years! I got size 12 jeans and a medium shirt. I’m still not used to seeing myself like this. The other day, I was sitting on the couch, looked down, and I could actually see the couch cushion!” LOL

“Today is my first day not on a diet. I started the drops on the day before New Year’s Eve, starting the low cal plan on the 1st day of January. As of February 8th I had lost a total of 28-1/2 pounds and I have maintained it for 3 weeks. Today I had a light English muffin with a smidgen (less than a tablespoon) of reduced fat peanut butter and I feel fabulous. Can’t wait for the nice weather to show it off.”

“I started on Saturday, June 15th at 213 lbs and this morning weight in at 198 lbs. I’m so in a fog, as I haven’t seen that number in years. I just got back from a 3 day vacation and I still lost weight. Although I did bring all of my food, I did nibble on a piece of crab meat (smaller then my pinky nail) from a steamed crab. Boy-o-boy, temptations were high … and so many foods I had to pass up. But the payoff feels so good.”

Backed by years of medical research and thousands of successful cases, the Ultimate Weight Loss Plan combines a low calorie diet with natural supplements that enable the body to burn off unwanted fat, while maintaining the good structural fat vital to the body’s functioning. Most participants lose on average ½ to 1 lb. PER DAY.
The weight loss program consists of 4 steps:
Step 1: The 2 High Fat Prep Days
Begin using supplements and eat a high-fat diet (including nuts, fish, coconut, etc.) for 2 days to fill up the body’s fat reserves. You will gain 3-5 lbs., but this is part of the plan.
Step 2: Low Calorie Diet
Eat a specific low calorie diet, combined with daily supplements, for a minimum of 3 weeks (and up to 10 months for serious weight losses of 100 lbs. or more). You will NOT feel hungry during this phase, despite the low calorie intake. However, you must strictly follow the food plan and take the supplements as directed for maximum effectiveness.
Step 3: The 2 Low Cal Exit Days
Continue with the low calorie diet for 3 days, but stop taking the supplements.
Step 4: Transition
It takes a minimum of 3 weeks for your body to adjust, stabilize your blood sugar levels, and “solidify” your new weight. Supplements are not required, but you must do the following:
- Weigh yourself every day.
- Eat until you’re satisfied, not stuffed.
- Don’t consume carbs, sugar, or alcohol.
- Take our Transition supplements
