Backed by years of medical research and thousands of successful cases, the Ultimate Weight Loss Plan combines a low calorie diet with natural supplements that enable the body to burn off unwanted fat, while maintaining the good structural fat vital to the body’s functioning. Most participants lose on average ½ to 1 lb. PER DAY.
The weight loss program consists of 4 steps:
Step 1: The 2-Day High Fat Diet
Begin using supplements and eat a high-fat diet (including nuts, fish, coconut, etc.) for 2 days to fill up the body’s fat reserves. You will gain 3-5 lbs., but this is part of the plan.
Step 2: Low Calorie Diet
Eat a specific low calorie diet, combined with daily supplements, for a minimum of 3 weeks (and up to 10 months for serious weight losses of 100 lbs. or more). You will NOT feel hungry during this phase, despite the low calorie intake. However, you must strictly follow the food plan and take the supplements as directed for maximum effectiveness.
Step 3: The 3-Day Washout
Continue with the low calorie diet for 3 days, but stop taking the supplements.
Step 4: Maintenance
It takes a minimum of 3 weeks for your body to adjust, stabilize your blood sugar levels, and “solidify” your new weight. Supplements are not required, but you must do the following:
- Weigh yourself every day.
- Eat until you’re satisfied, not stuffed.
- Don’t consume carbs, sugar, or alcohol.
